The name Hacienda Moraica honors their two daughters, Erica and Moraima, and spans 111 acres divided into cultivation and recreational areas.

Currently, Hacienda Moraica features 25 rooms, a restaurant, swimming pools, sports courts, a fishing area, an entertainment center, and various amenities. It produces 65% of the agriculture in the Bo. Cacao of Orocovis.
